Whales are not fish, they are dolphins.

Whaling was banned in 1982 but there remain three countries that just won’t stop it. One is Japan. Iceland is another, and Norway. It is true that when it come to cruelty to animals, the Trump boys are hard to beat. They can kill a zoo before lunchtime and polish off a few elephants and big cats in the afternoon. I know all the fallacy arguments about size how killing a cockroach is no different than killing whales. Well then with that logic why not just make humans expendable as well.

As for roaches unlike whales, roaches are invading my space. I am not invading their space.

The murder of gorillas, elephants and whales is unnecessary to sustain a food supply for humans. Eating mammals is not Pescatarian, especially eating mammals that are known for a high level of intelligence and self-awareness. Poll after poll shows the people from these countries that still shoot explosive harpoons in whales are resoundingly opposed to whaling. Pescatarians and in fact the US Public is resoundingly opposed to Whale hunting, on the order of 90% and more.

Here are just a few of the celebrities who are and were Pescatarians. This is not to say you will live and prosper like these people but each in their way has shown a commitment and discipline to the Pescatarian lifestyle that has worked beyond mere longevity:

Here he is at the top of the list Handsome and fit Jack LaLanne. There is perhaps nobody in the history of the United States that brought fitness and a healthful lifestyle into the modern culture. Steroid monster lifters, even Arnold the needle admitted that LaLanne’s all-natural body was a work of art.

Jack LaLanne taught fitness and nutrition long before it became cool. Think how rare this is for in today’s pop culture internet world where information spreads at the speed of light… only 3% of Americans call themselves Pescatarians. Aside from Ben Franklin, Pescatarians were unknown and still are nearly invisible statistically.

A most amazing woman. Ford Model to Movie Star, she is Breathtakingly beautiful and not a hint of vanity. She managed a film and TV career that spanned decades and dedicated her life to the well-being of Lions and Tigers in distress. She started her own nonprofit organization called the Roar Foundation, which funds the Shambala Preserve wildlife habitat in California. She lives on the preserve and at 95 continues her work and welcomes visitors from around the world. Tippi is the mom of actress Melanie Griffith and the grandmom of actress Dakota Johnson.

Tippi Hedren Pescatarian

We are a little show in this area because we are looking for actual Pescatarians who have a long dedication to the diet. We have invited some Celebs to tell us about their journey but understandably many are private people who prefer their privacy. Other celebs are new to the diet and while they are very dedicated, some celebs are diet fadests.

By Celeb we don’t mean just movie or TV personalities, but scientists, artists, doctors, and educators who have moved the needle of greater understanding and take joy in spreading the positive benefits of being a Pescatarian to others.

I am not famous at all. I am a physician surgeon and surfer, maybe not in that order, but I believe that the Pescatarian diet offers the most hope for long-term wellness and fitness for people of all ages. While you don’t have to love the sea or sea life, most of the Blue Zoners do want clean sustainable oceans and an abiding kinship with the great and small sea creatures.

And over time, if no celebrities show up, it really won’t matter. Ben Franklin and Jack LaLanne, never needed a crowd or the opinions of others to figure things out. The science is clear as a bell but we are still learning. It’s the quiet smart revolutions which yield the most benefits, not the loudest.

Ben Franklin was actually a STABLE GENIUS… His accomplishments are extraordinary. He was a leader in science, an inventor, publisher, scholar, social reformer and a world traveler. At a time when most Americans lived to be just 37 years of ago, Franklin made it to 84.

Franklin owed his longevity to clean living an lots of swimming. He didn’t smoke or drink alcohol and he never engorged himself with food. His view of food was that it was less important than conversation at meals. In his early days he was a vegetarian. After he started making Atlantic crossings is when he became a Pescatarian.

A Pescatarian is not simply a fish eater, they are essentially vegetarians that eat fish.

The quantities of fish kept at about 3 to 4 ounces when consumed. People new to the Pescatarian diet generally overeat fish because they overeat everything else. But the best utilization of fish in the diet is when accompanied by a vegetables and variety. This is the same formula used by Jack Lalanne and Elaine LaLanne. Elaine is presently 98. Jack passed at 96.

The Pescatarian diet is a discipline that turns into a lifestyle.

The purpose is to develop a smooth running machine in a world of entropy and bad habits and stress. Franklin was highly disciplined as a young man. He was punctual, had a strong work ethic and did not engorge his body with food. When his fellow workers would enjoy a large lunch with ale, Franklin would skip lunch and the ale entirely. It was also noted in many texts that Franklin was lean but much stronger than his heavyset colleagues. If something heavy needed to be lifted, Franklin could do it.

Vegans are an angry lot:

Of the various styles of eating, I have found Pescatarians and Flexitarians to be the happiest and Vegans to be generally angry and miserable. Vegetarians are a bit easier to get along with especially if they allow eggs and dairy in their diets. This because there are several structural issues wrong with the Vegan diet which oppose good health in humans.

Vitamin B12 is not the only a potentially deadly deficiency, intrinsic factor in the stomach and intestinal lining, is necessary to absorb Vitamin B12. Intrinsic factor comes from eating meats. So while even Ben Franklin struggled with animal cruelty issues, he accepted the reality that some meat was necessary for good health.

The Pescatarian diet is not about politics but when politics hurts the Farmer, it hurts all Americans. For most of the century, the American Farmer was the most productive on earth and fed the world. US Farmers could grow all the food needs of the nation and still have plenty to export. In fact, the Farm export markets were built entirely by farmers without government assistance or meddling and hummed along smoothly for years. Then along came the Politician and Trump Tariffs farm welfare.

Ayn Rand called the Politician the, “The intellectual bottom rung.”

Overall the Farmer was doing pretty well before Trump came along. Both Bill Clinton and Ronald Reagan reduced farm subsidies established in the 1930s and this encouraged the Farmer to develop robust global export markets. Farms can be profitable if left alone by the government.

The year before the farm boy from Queens NY, Donald Trump, came forth with his Tariffs and China Trade war, the US farmer was at peak productivity. 400,000 soy farmers had produced a whopping 109 MMT of soy with nearly all of it sold to China with Commodities contracts. Wheat and corn were also giant crops destined for China ports.

In a most naive display of commodities and trade ignorance, Trump tweeted that if the US farmer lost any money to “CHINER”, the US Government would backstop their losses.

This is the tweet heard around the world.

Almost instantly the US Commodity markets crashed. This tweet by TRUMP, the Wharton Undergrad stable genius, caused Force Majeure and every one of those Chinese Futures Contracts across the board, became Voidable.

Understand with commodity contracts, the crops are in the field, in the ground, the farmer is tending the young plants, and the contracts set the prices and pay for the finished crop months in the future. That is why they are called “Futures Contracts.”

Trump called himself the Tariff man who had erected Tariffs on Chinese products repeatedly claiming that “CHINER” would pay for the Tariffs when in fact it was the US Consumer that paid the Tariff Consumption Tax. The Pride of Wharton. Trump’s very naive notion, in contrast to all economics, was that Tariffs would stem the trade deficit with China.

What Trump didn’t apparently know is that the US trades with 206 nations and has a trade deficit with all of them. A Trade deficit is a function of savings and Americans save very little, on the order of 1%. The Chinese save on the order of 34%. More simply the US Spends on cheaper foreign goods which exports US inflation to the rest of the world through the US Dollar reserve currency. The Trade Deficit has almost nothing to do with whether China or any other country buys more grain from US farmers.

From China’s point of view, the Trump Tariffs were an insult.

It showed disrespect for America’s largest buyer of goods and services. China retaliated and stopped buying US agricultural products and services. China began the long process of finding other agricultural sources. They looked to Brazil and Argentina and Russia. By the way the US has a large surplus of trade services, SURPLUS as opposed to tangible goods. China also retaliated against US Services.

The end result was predictable. At harvest time, there were no buyers for US Soy production and most of it rotted in the fields. 300,000 US soy farmers went out of business because of a Politician’s ill-conceived tweet.

This damage to the Famer caused by Trump was just the tip of the iceberg. Over the following years that followed with Biden keeping the Trump Tariffs on China, China diversified its supply chains. Brazil has stepped up to the plate and grows three times more soy than the US Farmer. Brazil became the world’s leading grower of corn stripping the US of that title and Russia became the world’s leading grower and exporter of Winter Wheat. One US Farm export market after another vanished with Trump-Biden Tariffs.

Trump then began the rollout of Farm Welfare with a willing Congress. 28 farmers who occupy congressional seats collectively received $16 million in farm subsidies and welfare.

This Trump Farm welfare in the hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars is just another backdoor cost of Tariffs that comes from retaliation when you attack your largest customer. It adds to the US debt and adds to inflation.

Those giant Chinese Markets for soy and other crops are gone forever. At present the US farmer only produces 34 MMT of soy, with very few for export. When Biden got in office, he didn’t change a thing. He added to the tariffs and sanctioned chips and other goods China was buying. He kept the tariffs and kept the farm welfare while things on the farm deteriorated. The most astonishing fact is that by 2023 the US farmer could no longer supply the food needs for America. They were in a food deficit of $36 Billion dollars and in 2024 it was worse at $48 Billion dollars.

Politicians the intellectual bottom rung… The American Farmer is the victim of failed Trump-Biden Tariff protectionism.

But it is far worse than that. US green policies have required that tractor and farm equipment in the US meet various clean air standards. The net result is that American Farm equipment is roughly ten times more expensive than Chinese tractors and farm equipment. Equipment overhead, loans, seeds, and fertilizers all combine to increase overhead.

This is not the first government Tariff Disaster.

The Smoot-Hawley Tariff Act was signed into law on June 17, 1930. It was also known as the Tariff Act of 1930. The Smoot-Hawley Tariff was a protectionist law that raised tariffs on thousands of imported goods. It was sponsored by Senator Reed Smoot (Utah) and Representative Willis C. Hawley (Oregon). President Herbert Hoover signed the bill into law.

The Smoot-Hawley Tariff was widely opposed by economists, business executives, and the public. It was a disaster, according to taxfoundation.org.

The tariffs worsened the Great Depression. The United States became a symbol of “beggar-thy-neighbor” policies especially when the Dust Bowl arrived. Trading partners added to the misery of Americans by raising their reprisal tariffs, which froze international trade. In addition, it damaged Hoover’s standing with his party’s progressives and led to the Democrats sweeping the election of 1932. Both Smoot and Hawley were removed from office by voters in 1932.

The Dust Bowl

The Smoot-Hawley Tariff Act, which significantly increased tariffs on imported goods, is not directly responsible for causing the Dust Bowl. Still, it is considered to have worsened the economic conditions during the Dust Bowl era by further depressing agricultural prices and exacerbating the existing agricultural crisis through reduced international trade, which ultimately impacted farmers already struggling with drought conditions in the Great Plains region that led to the Dust Bowl.

The Dust Bowl was primarily caused by environmental factors:

Severe drought combined with poor farming practices in the Great Plains led to large-scale soil erosion, causing massive dust storms.

The Smoot-Hawley Tariff was passed during the Great Depression, aiming to protect American farmers from foreign competition by raising tariffs on imported agricultural goods. However, this led to retaliatory tariffs from other countries, significantly reducing the market for American exports of every kind, and extending and deepening the Great Depression.

Then came the Government’s answer to a Government Created Problem. FARM WELFARE a giant boondoggle that continues today.

The first comprehensive farm bill, the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1933, was part of President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s New Deal. Farmers were paid to reduce the production of certain crops. The government stepped in to control agricultural commodity prices through price fixing. The government controlled agricultural supply. Supply, Demand, and prices were all controlled by the Federal Government.

The programs have been modified and new programs have been added. Payment eligibility has expanded to include more programs and conditions. The largest beneficiaries are the large factory farms. Small farmers get the scraps. The most important problem is they have been difficult to remove once established just like all other welfare programs. Lobbyists, special interests, corporate interests, insurance companies and investment bankers ensure their pet programs survive while the taxpayer gets the bill.

In 1964 the US Congress gave Lyndon Johnson the power to lay Tariffs for National Security Reasons in support of the Vietnam War. Before this, the laying of Tariffs was under the exclusive control of the Legislative Branch. It is now under the control of one arbitrary and capricious Oval Office occupant.

I was looking at all the “Delish” recipes we have here on the site, and I thought, they are beautiful but I can’t make that fancy stuff. I am kinda blue-collar. I eat simple food and I don’t want to spend a lot. I’m cheap actually really cheap. Fish is expensive so how can you be a Pescatarian on the cheap? In a word… Tuna Sandwiches.

What kind of TUNA?

I get Northern Catch Canned Tuna at Aldi. It is cheap and good and when you open a can it looks like it actually came from a fish, not off-the-floor scrapings. I like the solid white and I usually mix one can of the white with two cans of the skip jack or the cheapest tuna in water. Sorry, I personally don’t buy into the mercury bit. But if you are concerned then stick with the skipjack and cheapest stuff. It is made from the small tuna. Sardines will work too, they are small fish. Small fish have virtually no mercury accumulation. I also buy the giant cans of SNOW brand clams and mix in clams to the tuna salad.

What kind of Bread?

I use Aldi 13 or 14-grain bread. Sometimes Rye, sometimes no bread at all.

MAYO?

I use it, you don’t have to. If you use it, I like Blue Plate.

Cheese?

Cheddar slices or Havarti. Most of the time I just use some TOFU slices.

TOFU?

I like tofu. I get it at ALDI, it’s cheap and good quality. And if you live in a neighbourhood with some lowlife that calls you a SoyBoy, hand him a 65-pound dumbbell and say “Curl.”

Substitutions:

In the land of cheap fish, one of the best deals is ALDI canned Pink Salmon. About 15 plus ounces and usually $3 or less. FOR SALMON! The nice part is when you open the can it actually looks like salmon fillets. The bones are edible. Canned Mackerel is even cheaper. Both really high in Omega 3.

I like Pickles on the side. Polish Dill slices.

If you want you can add celery or carrots bits in your Tuna Salad, sometimes I even use quinoa flakes as an extender.

There are other things that you can make that turn out surprisingly well that are simple and fast:

Oyster Stew?

This is simple and good; no it’s great. Get an eight-ounce can of whole-boiled oysters. You can use oyster bits too but I prefer the whole oysters. They are less than $3 usually.

Pour the contents of the Oysters and juice into a bowl and add about 6 or so ounces of Half and Half. Heat it in the micro with a lid, sprinkle some paprika on the top and add a pad of butter if you like. Salt if you must. You will be surprised because this makes great oyster stew… fit for an Irish Christmas off Dublin Bay.

I make no pretence about this. I am not a perfectionist. Butter and Half and Half are things I use. I try not to overdo it but there are some Pescatarians that don’t touch milk and dairy. There are no rules and you can ease into the diet. I always point out that even if a person only eats fish once or twice a week, they get benefits. I eat Tuna or Clam salad every day.

Breakfast is simple:

I like stone ground grits and quinoa flakes. Always whole grain. I didn’t grow up with grits and I never ate the starchy stuff that folks enjoy in the deep South. I like stone-ground whole grits with the germ.

To make them I put 1/3 of a cup in some boiling water, about a cup I am guessing. Then I add about one flat teaspoon of quinoa flakes. Then I stick it back in the microwave with a glass lid on the container heat it a few times for less than a minute and let it steep and then I do it again. Then you have grits.

Also at breakfast, I always have a few walnuts, almonds and even honey-roasted peanuts. Quantities are small, just three or four of each.

I share my breakfast with Pooki the Pescatarian smart dog. Our rules around here are simple but strict, “Doggies get some.” Pooki eats what I eat and neither of us eats kibble.

TO BE CONTINUED:

Smoke-flavored fish dip

Clam Chowder

There are a lot of things about Walmart that I don’t like. For example, if you use your plastic money at Walmart or get a Walmart GIFT CARD… let’s just say that’s a Gift for thieves. From having your VISA card skimmed to outright theft of your money, only a fool uses plastic with Walmart. Only pay with cash if you walk into a store…. put a lead envelope around your plastic so you don’t get skimmed brushing past a tap skimmer.

For online, stick with Amazon.

So how did the Spinach WARS start? They started because I am a doctor and I support the idea that cooked spinach is beneficial to the colon and if you believe a Texas A&M Study on spinach, IT PREVENTS COLON CANCER. That’s a big one.

But it is more than that. Studies have shown that patients with Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis can get a full remission in just six weeks of adding daily servings to their diets. That’s Remission. That’s the research. But I have testimonials from patients; it works. Not everyone can eat spinach with such regularity, especially if they are on blood thinners. Always ask your Doctor before engaging in dietary changes that may interact with medications you may be taking.

Over the years I have been an advocate for spinach. What kind of spinach? Cooked spinach and canned with no added salt. How complicated is that? Not very… unless you are sending letters to Walmart’s CEO, Doug McMillan, and the South Carolina canner of Popeyes Spinach… McCall’s Farms of Effington, South Carolina.

I am not going to hold back anything. While I do not like controvarcy or conflict, sometimes you must stand alone for what is right.

This is a behemoth. It is 99 ounces of cooked LEAF spinach with no added salt, that’s not the floor scrapings but LEAF, picked at the peak of perfection. That is 6 pounds 30 ounces of an American farmer’s labour of love. You can’t beat that.

Mr. McMillion,

My complaint regards a recent terrible decision you have made, to block Popeye’s 99oz No Salt Added Leaf Spinach from Walmart customers. On the surface, this might seem a trivial missive against the massive Walmart grocery empire where a dozen short-sighted decisions are hardly noticed in a sea of backward thinking. You and your wife gave money to a hospital and get your names on a plaque, but you do nothing for disease prevention where you could have an enormous direct impact. Maybe you just don’t understand prevention or disease and its link to food choices.

I am a physician surgeon and believe me I understand exactly what hospitals do and it is not prevention. We patch up the broken and ignore prevention. Some think prevention is screening. That’s not prevention that is merely searching for subclinical diseases that have already established a foothold. Prevention is about preventing the foothold.

Walmart is the largest grocer in the United States.

Your commitment to healthy food choices is almost nil but pairs nicely with America’s declining life expectancy. Americans spend more on healthcare and hospitals than any other nation on earth and still achieve a declining life expectancy. A mere glance at COVID and we see a nation that spent the most money, was the most vaccinated and yet miraculously had the most deaths of any nation on earth. Without getting involved with the political stupidity, the MRNA vaccine had never been used on human subjects and required supercooling throughout transport and storage. The cold requirement alone probably made most of the batches ineffective.

Healthy food on Walmart shelves is at best a coincidence.

I will just focus on canned spinach because it may well be the singular most important prevention food along with coffee. The only spinach products you carry in stores for the consumer are hypertonic salt-ladened spinach. These are unhealthy products due to the salt content. Canned Leaf spinach without added salt is nearly the perfect food for gut health. Unlike a hypertonic spinach, the no salt-added alternative spinach hydrates the body. It is highly nutritious and in the 99oz can, is extremely cost-effective for the consumer.

Leaf Spinach as opposed to the floor scrapings of chopped spinach, offers a soft cellulose fiber that preserves the microvilli of the large intestine. This is crucial to bowel health. As you may or may or may not know, the small intestine doesn’t develop cancers with the exception of a familial genetic disorder. But if the microvilli are stripped from the large intestine, the bowel becomes prone to disease, and inflammation which leads to mutations and cancers. This is tautology, known for years and ignored by Walmart.

Millennials born between 1981-1996 have twice the risk of colorectal cancer compared to those born in 1950. Nearly double the number of young adults under 55 are being diagnosed with colorectal cancer today compared to a decade ago. You’re paying attention to nothing.

Crohn’s patients and those with ulcerative colitis and even diverticulitis benefit from [please pay attention] well cooked leafy greens. They do not benefit from RAW VEGETABLES… Period, in fact, quite the opposite. Yet the prevailing winds of ignorance claim fresh raw vegetables are superior. That is false for many reasons. No salt added canned leaf spinach is a goto food for these patients and they should eat roughly 3 to 4 cups of well cooked soft cellulose vegetables daily to achieve remission. The canned leaf spinach is cooked in the canning process. It is perfect out of the can. It does not rely on the early spring season for the crop. It accomplishes virtually all the heavy lifting necessary for the basis of a healthy diet. One simple, nearly perfect food in abundance and some Walmart beancounter terminates it.

Yet the Cheese Ball containers get larger and larger.

Further, recent studies published by the NIH, have shown that high dietary salt intake is pro-inflammatory and contributes to chronic inflammatory conditions which lead to cancers. What do you do? You take this healthy product off the market for Walmart customers and leave them with the salt infused leafy green canned products. This large can of healthy spinach was never taking up your precious shelf space from your large stocks of higher margin GV Cheese Balls, the ones in the foot tall polypropylene containers. The 99oz No Salt Added Leaf Spinach was simply warehoused and shipped to intelligent customers and patients that wanted it. You have cut them off.

I contacted the McCall Canary in South Carolina. They said you are not ordering the product presently but they have plenty in stock.

They also can Glory and Margaret Holmes products that are very high in salt and found in abundance on Walmart shelves. It is all coming from the same canner, all comes on the same trucks and goes to your Walmart warehouses. Walmart just makes poor choices. But it will be good for more hospital business down the road.

In the past I have bought Margaret Holmes Italian Green Beans from Walmart. They canned the stems! Those stems could perforate a colon or cause diverticulitis! Nevertheless, you stock the hypertonic stem loaded Margaret Holmes products in abundance.

In case you glossed over it, life expectancy is falling in the United States.

The hospital patch up method isn’t working; perhaps you may want to consider prevention. This spinach product is the singular best prevention and easiest to use prevention for bowel health, encompassing virtually all the chronic disease models.

Perhaps consumers need to start a Walmart Victory Garden. A victory against bad Walmart food decisions. Raw vegetables however require caution, especially with pathology: a single distribution of pre-washed raw sprouts in Germany killed 31 health-conscious Germans and infected another 3000 with E. coli costing months of recovery and chronic permanent bowel damage. Of course, they could go to your hospital and get a hemicolectomy or bowel resection and one free colostomy bag at no additional charge. That salvage model is unsustainable.

Do you know that 97% of patients with Gastrointestinal Cancers which are highly lethal, have a positive H. pylori?

The other 3% probably had a false negative test. How does H. pylori infect a person? The fecal oral route which is common in the distribution of fresh and raw vegetables. Food safety in the UNITED STATES is out of control so it is left to the individual rather than the Government to make healthy choices and safeguard their own health. But Walmart doesn’t allow that. They took the single healthiest product they sell off the market.

In a world of food inflation, the 99oz Popeye No Salt Added Leaf Spinach product is enormously beneficial to the consumer. It is enormously beneficial to those with chronic bowel diseases that must have this kind of product to prevent disabling exacerbations and heal the bowel. If it is too much quantity for some, they can freeze the excess. A large can is incentive to consume more.

Hippocrates said, “Let food be thy medicine, thy medicine shall be thy food.” Walmart says, “Eat salt, and Cheese Balls”, the modern day version of “Eat Cake.”

And when it comes to communicating complaints to Walmart, you offer nothing but dead sock email addresses and firewall idiot phone subterfuge. You don’t seem to have a single intelligent person that can reach the rarefied air of the blind decision makers. The decision you made in regard to this 99oz spinach product is lacking in all intelligent variables. 1000 Spinach farmers, lowest number in 45 years shows the disconnect between the farmer and the fabulous Cheese Ball Merchant King.

I wrote the letter and of course it fell on deaf ears. Some would call me a very stupid man for wasting my time. I may well agree.

This marvelous 99 ounce 6 pund 30 ounce can of no-salt-added LEAF spinach is gone forever. off the shelves and online purchase options of the largest Grocery store in Ameria.

Don’t blame the Great American Farmer or the Canner. They did their jobs perfectly, with care, skill and dedication, and produced a wonderful healing product, a product that would economically add years to the average American’s life. There in South Carolina sits a warehouse full of this gastronomic wonder, gathering dust because Walmart cut the farmer and canner off at the knees for a salt-drenched version that could be sold for a higher margin to Walmart Customers.

The U.S. has the lowest life expectancy among large, wealthy countries while outspending its peers on healthcare.

Everyone who eats food, at one time or another, has been confronted by an ANGRY VEGAN while eating. In the 1999 movie, Notting Hill starring Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts, Roberts’s character is asked how she likes the poultry and abruptly remarks, “I am a vegetarian.” It is met with the usual thud and negative response by the theatre audience.

Julia Roberts is playing a role so it’s not her that comes off rude. Her character had been invited or more precisely had invited herself to the small family dinner and birthday party for Grant’s younger sister. Her character’s remark was rude. When diet preferences are used as a wedge, others at the table feel it. As Ben Franklin remarked about food, it is far less important than good conversation.

The problem with VEGANs is they just can’t eat without foisting their political views on others. Most Americans would not eat meat if they had to kill the animal with their own hands. But in our society that is not necessary. The human body has in fact evolved to eat meat as compared to a Gorilla that does not eat meat.

But the Vegan rarely stops with their public display. Instead of simply saying “no thank you” they start talking about how eating eggs and drinking milk makes them hurl. Here you are eating a piece of chicken or a shrimp cocktail and called a murderer. Oh, in that case, let’s call the police.

Pescatarians don’t want to start food wars. They invite the Mediterranean diet as well as the flexitarian diet into their tent. The simple fact is fish helps you live a longer healthy life even if you only eat fish once a week. Research from the Seventh Day Adventists and Loma Linda University have pointed this out. A Pescatarian eats meat. They eat fish. That’s meat. Pescatarians may draw their own lines and choose not to eat mammals or poultry or eggs, or dairy, but a vegan bickering over fish consumption loses scientifically.

Pescatarians may eat eggs and dairy. and even chicken and not be thrown out of the club or shamed when they dine with others who don’t share their eating habits. It is called tolerance for others, and that is more important than anything you eat or drink.

Vegans may be in the food punishment business but Pescatarians are not.
